Yorkshire Smokefree Calderdale in partnership with Illingworth ARLFC once again joined together for their third consecutive awareness event promoting the message of a Smokefree generation. This year’s event was for the children to complete a 4.8 mile walk around Bolton Abbey. Since the completion of the walk Illingworth ARLFC has made breathe 2025 a central part of their social media post to encourage parents too actively discus smoking and the potential risk associated. Those who wish have been encouraged to make an active pledge contributing to the breathe 2025 vision.

Vape Superstore pledge to provide a safer alternative to smoking so that our next generation live in a place free of tobacco. We will educate and communicate the benefits of smoke free living with our customers.

As ex-smokers ourselves we are able to support and offer guidance to anyone looking to take up vaping as a smoking cessation method.

We have partnered up with our local ‘Smoke Free Hackney’ to support them in their campaign.

Yorkshire Smokefree Calderdale once again supported and promoted the Breathe 2025 campaign alongside Illingworth Sports and Social Club.
Following on from last years event we decided to produce a video promoting kids understanding of smoking. The film was put together for stoptober 2017 but the children all wore Breathe 2025 bibs to promote the campaign.
The kids featured in the film all where part of the original pledges but wanted to promote the campaign with the attached video link: http://calderdale.yorkshiresmokefree.nhs.uk/articles/yorkshire-smokefree-and-calderdale-council-ask-kids
